Knaresborough Bed Race 07' - Team Yorkshire Farmhouse

On the 18th June 2007, Team Yorkshire Farmhouse entered the Knaresborough Bed Race for the first time. Armed with high eggspectations and some pretty stupid looking chicken costumes we set out to have a good day and raise some money for the Yorkshire Air Ambulance Service.

Although, we won no prizes for our costumes and/or float we did manage to come 5th out of 60 teams competing in the actual bed race. This won us a box of beers and title as the ‘Fastest New Comers”. Next year we hope to come 2nd!

We would like to thank everyone who supported us and helped raise over £700 for the Yorkshire Air Ambulance Service.
